Senegal is a country on the western coast of Africa with a fascinating history and rich traditions. It is the home of over 20 ethnic groups, each with their own language. It is the country of teranga which can roughly be translated to 'hospitality'. The people are generous, the food is delicious, and the country is beautiful.
